Volkswagen Service Quality Award 2012 presented
- 100 international Volkswagen service partners honored
The car dealer Csermely és Tsa. Kft. from Balatonfüred in Hungary was particularly successful, winning an award for the fourth year in succession. Service partners from Germany, Austria, Denmark and Slovenia won their third awards. They proved they offered the best service, thus achieving the highest customer satisfaction values.
At the award ceremony, Michael Horn, Head of Volkswagen Brand After Sales, paid tribute to the participants’ great commitment: “The results of the customer satisfaction survey demonstrate that we have steadily developed service quality in recent years. Furthermore, all the award winning service partners have demonstrated their systematic customer orientation and the personal commitment of their employees.”
Outstanding service is crucial to customer satisfaction and customer retention. The Volkswagen Service Quality Award was launched in 2008 to focus on these aspects. In this, the fifth year of the competition, a very special program had been arranged for the winners of the Volkswagen Service Quality Award in the run-up to the ceremony. The itinerary included an exclusive tour of the Transparent Factory in Dresden, drive training with the Volkswagen “Driving Experience” team at the Lausitzring and overnight stays at the Taschenbergpalais Hotel in Dresden.
