Bentley appoints global media buying agency
Stefan Buescher, Marketing and Product Director at Bentley said, “We want to strengthen the Bentley brand further in both existing and emerging markets and, by appointing a global media buying and planning agency, we will now be able to fully align all of our media activities around the world. This will deliver a powerful, consistent and integrated brand language across both traditional and new media channels.”
In 2011, Bentley global sales increased by 37% and sales for the first quarter of 2012 show further growth of 47%. Today, Bentley has an impressive new model line-up, including the Continental GT and GTC and the iconic Bentley Mulsanne. The company also recently showcased the EXP 9 F concept, sending a clear message that Bentley aims to enter new territory in the future by building the pinnacle luxury performance SUV.

2. Bentley’s global sales for Q1 in 2012 increased by 46.6% with 1,759 cars delivered to customers. This growth was led by the emergence of China as Bentley’s largest market in the first quarter with sales in the region up 84.9% (578 cars delivered). The Americas remain a key market for Bentley with sales up by 35.6% (468 cars delivered). In the Middle East sales recovered with an increase of 82.6% (168 cars delivered) and European sales also saw a 34.4% increase with 207 deliveries. Sales in the UK and Germany remain stable, with 233 cars and 62 cars delivered respectively.
